Looking for a guide to help you form a plan and keep you accountable? I'm here to draw from a variety of modalities and practices to help you stay on track.

Find your zen. We'll use meditation as part of your healing journey to break through blocks, connect to your inner knowing, and find renewed energy and clarity.

We'll meet over Zoom on your computer or mobile device.
Group classes will be available Wednesdays at noon and Saturdays at 10:00 AM EST.

Feel more comfortable during pregnancy, and prepare your body for birth and beyond.
These classes can be done in person or via Zoom.

We'll work together one on one to achieve your goals.
I'll craft a plan specific to your needs and preferences. This may include yoga, core training, resistance training, meditation, breath work, sound, and/or energetics.
This can be set up in person or via Zoom.

Bring yoga to your next party or event!
Yoga, guided mediation, and breath work are available for any group size and can be booked as mini sessions or full length.
